HSL Color Schemer

Complementary:
Calculates the color on the opposite side of the color wheel with the same values of saturation and lightness.

Split Complementary:

° Hue distance

Calculates two colors with input distance mirrored along the complementary color value.

Split Complementary Double:

° Hue distance

Calculates four colors with input distance mirrored along the complementary color value.

Triadic:
Calculates two colors with a distance of 120° clockwise and anticlockwise from the chosen color.

Tetradic:

° Hue distance

With a distance value of 90° all colors have equal distance to the color next to them. A smaller value results in a double split complementary combination.

Pentadic:
All five colors have the same distance value of 72° to the color next to them.

Linear by Luminance:

Luminance distance

Calculates luminance values for the chosen color in ascending order by input distance. Reduce the L(ightness) % of the color picker, if you need darker values.

Linear by Hue:

° Hue distance

Calculates hue values in ascending order from the chosen color by input distance.

Linear by Saturation:

Saturation distance

Calculates saturation values for the chosen color in descending order by input distance.

Linear by Lightness:

Lightness distance

Calculates lightness values for the chosen color in ascending order by input distance. Reduce the L(ightness) % of the color picker, if you need darker values.
